I am a calligraphy instructor with over 30 years of experience and the owner of this calligraphy class. I teach calligraphy to children and adults. I can speak basic English, but I will use a translation app as needed, so it's not a problem if you don't speak Japanese.

I will translate your name or favorite word into Japanese and create a sample for you to practice on a few times before writing it on cardboard to take home as a souvenir. Calligraphy tools are available for free rental, so you don't need to bring your own.
